By Me Scriptures
BY ME SCRIPTURES . . .
John 6:57
Just as the living Father sent Me and I live by
(through, because of) the Father, even so whoever continues to feed on
Me [whoever takes Me for his food and is nourished by Me] shall [in his
turn] live through and because of Me.
John 14:6
Jesus said to him, I am the Way and the Truth and the
Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me.
IN ME SCRIPTURES . . .
John 6:47
I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, he who believes
in Me [who adheres to, trusts in, relies on, and has faith in Me] has
(now possesses) eternal life.
John 6:56
He who feeds on My flesh and drinks My blood dwells
continually in Me, and I [in like manner dwell continually] in him.
John 10:38
But if I do them, even though you do not believe Me or
have faith in Me, [at least] believe the works and have faith in what I
do, in order that you may know and understand [clearly] that the Father
is in Me, and I am in the Father [One with Him].
John 12:46
I have come as a Light into the world, so that whoever
believes in Me [whoever cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me] may
not continue to live in darkness.
John 14:20
At that time [when that day comes] you will know [for
yourselves] that I am in My Father, and you [are] in Me, and I [am] in
you.
John 15:4
Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you. [Live in Me, and I
will live in you.] Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without
abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear
fruit unless you abide in Me.
John 15:5
I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me
and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut
off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.
John 15:7
If you live in Me [abide vitally united to Me] and My
words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts, ask whatever
you will, and it shall be done for you.
John 16:33
I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have
[perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and
trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take
courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the
world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it
for you.]
John 17:21
That they all may be one, [just] as You, Father, are in
Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may
believe and be convinced that You have sent Me.
John 17:23
I in them and You in Me, in order that they may become
one and perfectly united, that the world may know and [definitely]
recognize that You sent Me and that You have loved them [even] as You
have loved Me.
Acts 26:18
To open their eyes that they may turn from darkness to
light and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may thus receive
forgiveness and release from their sins and a place and portion among
those who are consecrated and purified by faith in Me.
